Cheapest: Fondant Smoother, which I will buy next time I have plans to do fancy cake decorating, I just haven't had occasion to make a fondant decorated cake in a while.

Most Expensive: Playstation VR, which I am currently saving up for, hopefully will have the funds compiled before launch.

I don't see it on what's included on their Amazon page. I could be wrong.

I'm not sure I would trust Game.

They had in-store ads for CV1 pre-orders a few months ago (and took a deposit from least one member of r/oculus), but then a rep came on here to say it was a mistake. The deposit was refunded - but sadly they don't seem to have a clue.

Dumb question: Is this game included with the PSVR system or a stand alone release only?

Outside the US you seem to be able to order just the headset. Amazon UK has had it up for pre-order for a while now, it's even on their bestseller list. Here it is.
