While I understand why you may think that, it just isn't true. The true statement is that most synthetic nootropics are not available to be sold on Amazon. However this is a small part of the nootropics market.

These are three nootropics that are doing very well. There's plenty of room in this market to launch a "Natural Nootropic Super Blend" with a snazzy label and clever marketing. You'll never find good opportunities if you don't open your eyes to them, and just assume things cannot be sold.

> PHYSICAL: I quit taking ADHD meds about a week ago. I decided to stop taking the meds because I've struggled with fatigue, and I think it could be related to my testosterone levels. I do have 3 small kids (all under age 5) and I work a lot, so I expect to be tired, but I have struggled with fatigue for some time. I want to rule out low T as a cause, and I read a bunch of articles that indicate that ADHD meds decrease testosterone levels

>I've been taking them for close to a decade, so withdrawal hasn't been particularly easy.

Well, most ADHD meds are basically legal speed, so of course you're going to experience a period of withdrawals. I'm surprised you quit all at once - most people taper down before coming off, but as long as you're off them now that's what's important. It may take 4-6 weeks for your body to adjust to being without them. But this is a very good thing as long as you can function without them.

>The good news: it might be unrelated, but my strength numbers are going back up.

>The bad news: those meds suppress your appetite, and I've gained some weight since I stopped taking them. Up to 186 now (from 182 just two weeks ago).

You don't state your body fat %, but if I were you, considering all the changes you're making right now I would just go with it and bulk for at least the next 2 months. That would allow for some weight gain and would help you continue to make gainzz.

>Another factor is that I've stopped doing intermittent fasting, again based on an article linking IF to decreased testosterone levels

I disagree with this. Here's just one article showing the exact opposite, plus IF has a whole host of other benefits as well that go far beyond testosterone and weight loss. I've been doing IF since 2013 with an occasional break, and my testosterone levels are midrange naturally.

>I ordered some running shoes. I'm going to try and mitigate the damage through increased cardio (but not too much cardio, because I think there's another article about that, haha).

You can't outrun a bad diet, but cardio in limited amounts is good so this is a good idea. I would shoot for no more than 5 miles at a time, no more than 3X a week to limit the effect on your muscle-building efforts.

>MENTAL: Dealing with some brain fog and trouble focusing related to the medication withdrawal, but it's getting better.

Try a huperzine-A supplement, I've found it to be really helpful.

>Got a comfort test this morning that I just kind of dodged. This morning my wife was talking about my new haircut (more stylish than my normal very short haircuts). She said that she's more attracted to me now than she's ever been (thanks Red Pill folks). But she also said that she doesn't initiate sex as often as she did when we were first married because she doesn't feel as sexy herself. When she told me that, I was getting ready to leave for work, so I just sort of dodged the issue, but I need to think more about this.

This was a total fail. She wanted you to initiate and reassure her that she's still desirable in your eyes. By dodging it, you just reinforced her lack of desirability. If this happens again (and it will), just drag her to the bedroom and take her to Poundtown for a nice quickie. Leave her gasping for breath, then get dressed, kiss her on the cheek and leave.

Show her she's desirable, and she will make the effort to become more desirable as you continue to make improvements.

>Current with my Bible reading plan.

Awesome!

>I am praying that God will help me like church more, because I just don't get much out of it. Theoretically, I think the Church (universal) is the greatest force for good in the world. Practically, I never want to go and am always glad to leave. I don't think our current church is the problem - it's pretty good, and I've felt this way since I was a kid. I always thought I would grow out of it at some point. Anyway, I'd appreciate prayer on that topic.

I will pray for sure. But here's something to think about: you're not getting much out of it, but what are you putting into it? Too often we go to church to get fed, but never do anything to feed others. Most pastors would give anything for members to step up and say "What needs to be done? I'm here to help." The more you contribute, the more investment in your spiritual community you will have, and the more you will enjoy being there.
