Vitamin E - "use this if you're gonna have a lot of fat oxidizing in your blood" - Charls ( http://amzn.com/B0014H1P5C )

Fish Oil - gotta have this if you wanna shoot big loads. i mean, come on ( http://amzn.com/B002CQU564 )

Source Naturals Men's Multivitamin - this is the best multivitamin on the market in my opinion. i'm so happy charls introduced it to me. most vitamins aren't bioavailable for shit, so you aren't actually absorbing most of the stuff you're ingesting. however, this formula is crafted to be the most bioavailable multivitamin ever. good shit. if you don't get any of the other stuff, GET THIS. ( http://amzn.com/B001B4N87G )

Activated Charcoal - This helps whiten your teeth. Explains why Charls has such good teeth. ( http://amzn.com/B00016WU2E )

Charls introduced all of these in the Fallout 4 stream. He didn't go into much detail as to when he takes them. Although, he did say that he takes 2 fish oil gels a day. Just look some of this stuff up and see what works for you. Source Naturals Multi (3x a day) and Fish Oil (2x a day) is what works for me.

supplementing with a trace mineral formula may not be a bad idea. We get a lot of it in the diet, but amounts vary from the soils crops are grown in. Another mineral not mentioned that is sometimes not there in ideal amounts in the typical diet is Boron.

I had deficiencies in manganese and iron.

I've never seen a B complex that had sufficient Biotin for my needs. I take 800 mcg over 3 times a week (about every other day) as a maintenance dose; I used to take 2500 mcg for some months at that frequency as a booster dose.

I believe most of Biotin is synthesized internally by gut bacteria; so peeps on antibiotics should be supplementing with a decent dose of biotin imho. Those eating processed foods containing preservatives, esp sodium benzoate, would benefit much from biotin supplements as well in my opinion.

I supplement with zinc once in a while but I'm careful not to exceed a daily average of 15-20mg (on avg, over a week). I rotate the trace metals I take and try to take them with my morning coffee. (Metals have an added nice property of alkalizing that acidic beverage.)

Another good combo is ascorbates of trace metals:
