Return of the Black cat. It was the first time we saw her since Brand New Day started and (I think if memory serves me right) the Marvel Knights Spidey series.

New Scarlet Spider, Kaine, gets his origins in the original Clone Saga, but I wouldn't call it required reading. I'll link to the trade paperbacks on Amazon, but I'll call out the issue numbers if you plan on collecting it in singles.

You can probably jump right into the current (and now cancelled) Scarlet Spider title with no problem honestly, but if you want to get the total current run, his modern reappearance starts in Amazing Spider-Man 608-610. 608 has a pretty decent recap of the Clone Saga anyways (and I say that as someone who still has the original Clone Saga in floppies).

After that he plays a pretty big role in Grim Hunt(Amazing 634-637), and then Spider Island(Amazing 666-673).

That's what leads into the 2012 Scarlet Spider series (in single issues, it's Scarlet Spider 1-25, Point One, and Superior Spider-Man Team Up #2; in trades it's Scarlet Spider Volumes 1-4, and Minimum Carnage, which collects Scarlet Spider 10-12, as well as a couple of Venom issues and the titular Carnage one-shots it crossed over with; read it between SS Volume 2 and 3).

After that series ends, his adventures picks back up in the 2014 New Warriors series. Volume One is out now, Volume Two comes out next month.

I started from J. Michael Straczynski's run on The Amazing Spider-Man and straight through Superior to now. Here's the reading order of J. Michael Straczynski to Big Time:
