In the USA, you can get Time card from most retailers like Walmart, Gamestop, etc. Here is a link to Amazon for the time card. I would suggest doing a Google search for your country if outside of USA to be sure.

Not the most efficient way to do it, I would link your I guess debit card to EA's Origin. Then load money into the EA wallet. After doing that log into the SWTOR website and pay for your subscription using the money you put into your EA wallet. If you have a local bestbuy/target/walmart/etc that sells all prepaid cards for video games you can also keep an eye out for the EA cards and use them to pay for your sub via the wallet as well.
And if you don't want to do any of that, there's always Amazon who sells SWTOR time cards. They give you a code that you just plug into the SWTOR website.

You can buy those from Amazon. Hopefully, you live in a state where they don't charge sales tax and can get it for $30 flat.
