Del Rey released this paperback in 2015 of the OT. It's the latest version and the size of canon novel paperbacks (Legends ones are shorter by like 1.5 cm).
If you buy the paperback editions of Rogue One or TFA, they will be this size.
If you want the OT and PT to be the same size, you'll either have to buy them one by one or get an older version of the OT second-hand and the PT omnibus.
And B&N has these very nice leather-bound hardcovers of the OT. They've recently published the Legends Han Solo Trilogy in that format too. Vader cover, Artoo cover, Threepio cover, Han Solo.
