We use these, We have a bunch of the 2 inch and 4 inch cable manegement offset bars, along with the no offset. Not cheap, but worth it for our builds.

ooof, that bend radius on the fiber is not great and will cause attenuation. If you want to maintain proper bend radius use lacer bars for the fiber. Not the horizontal cable managers and especially not Paduit's 2" ones.
