If you get a migraine in the meantime put an ice pack on the back of your neck and see if that helps. Mine are chronic so I have this nifty IceKap that works wonders but a regular ice pack may be enough for you. There is also a menthol gel called Stopain Migraine that may help as well, it works wonders for my sister when she gets headaches or the odd migraine.

Ninja edit: Zofran is a high powered anti nausea medication. It's used frequently in cases of food poisoning so you can keep liquids down to stop the expelling of fluids thus preventing life threatening dehydration. It causes really bad headaches
