I wear these bad boys and they're warm and durable. Come in lots of colors too! They also make non-insulated tights and shorts that are great, though the shirts I've found run small (even for compression gear).
Is that the Australian flag? I don't think winter means what you think it means. The tips for that type of weather are pretty straightforward:
If it gets a bit colder (0 to -5 C) you can layer on a top microfleece and some wind pants of some kind if you find that you have to. I recommend wool socks and shoe covers and perhaps some warmer gloves as well.
Don't forget the riding glasses. But you wear those anyhow, right?
