I have that exact stroller and we used it when my baby was about 10 weeks old when we traveled to BC for 10 days. It actually works really well. It lays flat for when they sleep so that's nice. The only cons to it are 1: they can't see you and you can't see them so you're not sure what they're doing and if they're happy and 2: it's a lot easier with a big stroller to protect them from the sun. I used a muslin blanket and tied it to the stroller to use as a sun shield, and just kind of made sure that I was checking on him from time to time.
I just loosened all the straps really well so that they weren't really tight on him because they don't go across the right spots anyway and he seemed fine. I would definitely recommend i

I think a large majority of people use an infant car seat for the first year or so that can be removed from the base so baby can easily be toted into appts and things.
