Loperamide/Imodium helps to counteract the increased gut motility caused by prostaglandins during menstruation and can help with intestinal cramps.

These sensations are probably a combination of uterine cramps and intestinal cramps. I second the other commenters recommendation of naproxen because it works better and longer at the standard dose than ibuprofen does. You could take 800mg ibuprofen, but it doesn't last as long as naproxen does and it's a very high dose that you shouldn't take regularly. You can't double up on naproxen and ibuprofen.

Learning to use a TENS unit to cope with menstrual pain was a game-changer for me. You can get a unit on amazon for ~$20 and the pads will last quite a while if you take care of them. This article (apologies for the non-inclusive language) discusses some of the evidence and theories behind it.

This image and this image each show pad placements that are commonly used for menstrual pain. You can find more placements online. Try some suggested placements and alter them to suit your pain. Some people find that even one set of pads on the lower abdomen, just above the pubic bone, is enough to take care of their pain. I've used four sets of electrodes during my worst cycles, but I had cycles that were bad enough to make me cry, vomit, and fade in and out, so that's an extreme.

The old hot bath/heating pad advice isn't bad. I prefer a hot shower focused on my lower back over a bath, personally. A hot bath was my go-to solution if I needed immediate relief while I waited for painkillers to kick in. You can buy little air-activated disposable heating pads that either stick to your underwear or your skin so you can discretely use heat. You can use them on your back or lower abdomen, whichever helps. You can get them at the grocery store, pharmacy, or online.

Some people find that their cramps are less intense if they use pads instead of tampons or a menstrual cup. I was one of those people. It's worth a shot if you're miserable, otherwise pads suck.

Magnesium supplementation can help with cramps.

Learning to relax my core muscles (which are not just your abs! They're your abs, pelvic floor muscles, and your diaphragm) was incredibly helpful for me. You can find tutorials online.
