If comics are acceptable, I've been working on a solarpunk comic called Key to the Future's Fate for over two years now. It's still somewhat early into the series, but more of the solarpunk-inspired themes and visuals will be coming about as the comic continues.
Also, I'd recommend checking out The Substitutes, as that's also been considered a solarpunk comic.

But there isn't a definitive work of the genre yet. Unlike the usual path of development, it was a genre conceived before there were any real works for it. The "community" - if you want to call it that - has been trying to fill in the blanks since.
