I made my tools this way...

I found a circular disk at Michael's for 2 bucks and I painted it up as a pentacle.

I ordered this dagger from Amazon to paint as an air dagger. The cross guard is much tinier than I realized, and so the 4 names painted on the cross guard are very, very small.

I found, at a local thrift store, a beautiful indigo glass, and with orange paint turned it into a water chalice.

I bought at a local Home Depot a 3 foot dowel rod and painted it as a rainbow wand.

And right after I posted that the other day I went to a store called "Art from Scrap," where I found a piece of wood that was probably the leg of a chair at one time. I am going to paint it into a fire wand tonight!
