So, I went with the Vector Optics 1-4x Scope ($100 on Amazon, next day shipping too).. I wanted to give the gun a "Shakedown" to see how it shoots and what not. I must say.. Very impressed with this. I think this round will be PERFECT for Deer season this year. As for the scope, for the $$ its freaking Awesome! Holds Zero fine, only shot about 50 shots or so, I like the recital on it as well. Its like a Chevron pattern. I had my Younger daughter take aim, she was destroying all targets out to 100 yards with it. Thanks to everyone in this group for all the advise and suggestions..

Again, well worth the $$..
A friend of mine has one of these on top of his SCAR; it's held up just fine and I couldn't find anything wrong with it. I definitely wouldn't go cheaper than $100, though.
