hey, im in your boat. very similar situation, i transitioned to vegetarianism in high school and experienced hemorrhoids that turned into skin tags. I was sooo embarrassed of them but started dating a guy who accepted them. We broke up recently so now I'm self-conscious again. i am trying out these right now https://www.amazon.com/TagBand-Removal-Device-Medium-Large/dp/B00RVYW2PY/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=skin+tag+removal&qid=1557115149&s=gateway&sr=8-3 but as my skin tags are larger than the rubber bands I've only been able to remove parts of them and it's pretty painful. not sure how large yours are but I've tried witch hazel on my bum for a while and it decreased swelling but didnt do much else. i also read epsom salt helps, so im giving that a try, I can keep you updated. Your situation sounds similar to mine so i hope that somewhat helps you or gives you an idea of what to try, lmk if you have more questions
