Tailwind also comes in stick packs that might work better for you. I've carried a stick pack or two in my pack for ultras so I could mix a fresh bottle at an aid station.

No worries, it's this stuff. It's powder you put into water. I put it into a 500ml evian-style bottle before running and carried it with me. I'd trained carrying my phone in one hand and my water bottle in another as I don't like having belts etc bobbing against me. Also, it's easier to just chuck it when it's done (this happened about 41km - I sipped it slowly throughout). Give it a go if you can!
