Sadly, there's nothing like duolingo with Norwegian. But there are still good resources. See the sidebar in /r/norsk, of course. But a short list might be Norwegian on the Web for free/online, and Norwegian: An Essential Grammar. I also used Pimsleur and Teach Yourself Norwegian.
Note that Pimsleur and the print books can be pretty expensive. Check your local library (or certain places on the internet). And if you're thinking of buying Pimsleur, listen to the sample lesson first to make sure. The sample is actually lesson 1, rather than some promo thing.
