Yes, particularly in Griffith Park and around Hollywood Forever Cemetery, but Papa Legba rules there. That's who the blues songs are actually about. However, I wouldn't contact him unless you do your homework. I love Legba, but he can be dangerous if you cross him and he won't tolerate your pity party. I'm saying that out of compassion. You don't want to go off half cocked and make things worse. A better solution for getting exactly what you're asking for is a book called Angels of Love. Do each ritual and follow the instructions. If you can manage that you will become a better person who is more receptive to love (the best version of yourself) and soon you will be blessed with friendships and a soul mate.
