Those are really cool. Hadn't heard of any of them, but looked them up. From left to right it looks like they're:

• The World of the Witcher: Video Game Compendium
  
• Halo Mythos: A Guide to the Story of Halo
  
• Unfortunately I can't tell what this artwork is from and there's no title to look up for it. Maybe OP can chime in with the title of that one?
  Edit: Took me a bit to recognize it but it's Bioshock Infinite. So I bet the the hardcover of this book has the colored sleeve with the embossed version we see in the pic on the book cover itself: The Art of Bioshock Infinite
  
• This one's odd because it looks like the title is Dark Souls: Design Works but the color of the book looks like Dark Souls II: Design Works. Perhaps it's just the blue wall behind it that makes the book more blue than black.

That's the "sample" booklet that came with the Collector's Edition of the game. It's a lot smaller and indeed has only 64 pages, with art that's taken from the bigger version.
