I WAS GONNA POST THIS TOO. I've been taking the oil for a little longer than you after some unsolicited advice from a customer haha. It has like the worst aftertaste ever but it's totally worth it. Glad it's working for you too!

My personal opinion since Black Seed Oil helped me immensely is to buy The Blessed Seed Strong Edition, this lists the Thymoquinone content on the bottle >
