We use a Mini Brush from The Body Shop and have been very happy with it (size, weight, cost, etc.).
We considered a lot of different types like foldable, pop-pop, etc., but ultimately picked this one because we felt it would hold up well longterm.
i get gnarly knots so im very careful about taking care of my hair. usually i have french braids or keep it tucked into my hat, plus a small bamboo brush and a coghlans mirror for every morning and night. i never use shampoo anyways so i dont worry about it.
