The Lazy Sunday Book is a collection of the full-color Sunday strips, printed in an extra-large format. It's by far my favorite C&H book.

  • Sunlight, and plenty of it. Alternately, a warm fire, hot chocolate with marshmellows, and this.
  • Good, happy music. If you're listening to stuff like MCR or Linkin Park all day, don't expect to feel too great. I recommend some Queen or Bob Marley, and that's not to get into a fight over classic rock v. new age, I just think you're better off listening to One Love, Three Little Birds, or Don't Stop Me Now.
  • Deep breaths, realize you're still alive, and personally, it does me a lot of good to think about people who screwed me over in the past, and how much of a better person I am than them.
  • Lacking all of this, go outside, pee in the snow, and build a snowman, but not in that order. And if it's warm enough outside that you can't, fuck you. But seriously, go do something you absolutely love. Lego? Pokemon Snap? Find something that works for you.

I know there is the Lazy Sunday Book which is purely Sunday strips and is entirely color.

I think that's the only one that is entirely colored though. I could be mistaken. But most weren't ever made with color. Newspapers only printed comics in black and white except for the Sunday paper where they would have a larger comic section and print it in color. Watterson didn't make a lot of them in color because there was no reason to.
