I found rediscover Catholicism by Matthew Kelly a couple years ago when I came back from being a lapsed Catholic. It has practical suggestions from how to get more out of mass on Sunday to how to think about taking care of ourselves and sort of the daily grind of Catholicism - Although this does not always come with specific advice but usually a framework or less to build our daily practice through.
Edit: Although I haven't read it, this comes highly recommended on Amazon and is recent.

It even delves into subjects that arent typical of a "Living like a Catholic" type books, but still very relevant. Examples : how does a Catholic select a tatoo (if they so wish to have one, they are not encouraged or forbidden). How to make a Mary Garden, How to make a confession (a more common subject). It goes though the holidays/feast days as well.
