I have these storage bags and I love them. No more hard crusty cheese, or slimy cheese from being in the plastic.
I've also been eyeing this cheese knife because a regular serrated knife just hasn't been cutting it (no pun intended!!!!), this has great reviews, and I don't want to buy one of those fancy sets for my everyday nighttime cheese snacking lol.
Honestly though, my favorite cheese related gift would simply be cheese! The Murrays gift recommended below is cool cuz you can get rare cheeses, but you can cut out the middleman (shipping + cost of crate) by just taking her to your local cheesemonger (or Trader Joes/Fresh Market, if your town is a cheese wasteland like mine) and telling her to go nuts. Although that might work better if you did like a weekly or biweekly cheese trip, so all that cheese doesn't go bad lol.

I'm a one knife (ok, 2) to rule them all kinda guy, but we buy cheese in 5lb blocks. This thing makes cutting the cheese a dream.
