Are you me? Haha. I know I recommended /r/VictorianEra to someone here, might have been you. Donoghue rules, I have her latest on my library waiting list haha. I loved Fingersmith too, and Unmentionables was super funny. I'll try to think of others along that line (fiction or non) that you might like but I bet you've read them. The Fasting Girl: A True Victorian Medical Mystery is somewhat related, I even dug up the paper her Doctor wrote about her that was basically like "LOL No she's a fake" haha
