Used Book in Good Condition
I originally read about the phone call in the Flyers book The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly by Adam Kimelman, which was Foreword by Keith Primeau. It had many different interviews with many people from the organization. The Lindros trade covered a good portion of it.
I don't have access to the book (it's my fathers), but I know it talked a lot about the phone call.
