They used to be available for sale at www.hitchhikerslive.com/, but it looks like all of the links to buy are gone. You could never buy it outside of the UK anyway, because of some licensing garbage. I had to find someone who lived in the UK, have them buy it and send me the mp3s. I might even have two shows, a regular one and one with Neil Gaiman as The Guide.
The show actually wasn't as good as it should have been. It was nice to hear the old voices doing new routines, but it didn't have the life it has previously and the new material was weak. I only listened to it once or twice and then relegated it to my digital archives.
If you haven't heard them, check out the original Radio Dramas. It goes in and out of print very oddly, most recently available as a box set of all five for a pretty low price. That version is unfortunately not available currently, but you can probably find a copy used for not too much.
