I'd say My Years As Prime Minister by Jean Chretien is good. I'd also say The Longer I'm Prime Minister: Stephen Harper and Canada by Paul Wells

Then why do people keep voting for him? You can't make the assertion that h'es inept in human relationships, you've never met him. You should read Paul Wells' book, it gives a human perspective of the Prime Minister. And Paul Wells isn't usually friendly to Conservatives, he's still shitting on them all over the media.
