The Negg Boiled Egg Peeler - Red
Add 1/4 cup (Negg capful) of water to the Negg. Add your hard-boiled egg and snap on the top cap.SHAKE the Negg up and down with enough force so that the egg strikes the caps. Remember to take it a little easy, or you will end up with a slushy mess complete with shells.Shake until you feel the shell begin to "soften" - approximately 4 to 12 times. Timing will vary. The body is clear so you can watch the progress. When you see the white of the egg appear, you're done. Mission Accomplished. Now you're ready to slip the egg out of its shell. If the egg is a reluctant sheller you may have to break the membrane after shaking to get the shell to release. This can happen with extremely fresh eggs, and is not the norm.

Title: I, an ebay seller, am being sued for selling counterfeits?

Original Post:

> Hey guys, I am an eBay seller. Basically I find good items off Amazon and resell them on eBay. My paypal was recently suspended and eBay said they got a court order to do so. It seems I am being sued now for selling counterfeits.

> The link above is the item in question. Not sure if it is a counterfeit or not, but if it was, I had 0 idea it was.
>
> It seems that 5 other sellers also got sued and 1 of them even reached out to me. The other sellers are telling me they are demanding $2500 to settle. I have only sold 1 unit of this item and that was to the laywer suing me, so I really dont want to pay for it.
>
> It seems they are suing me in Pennsylvania, but I live in Canada, so I dont think I can even make it to the court date set ( I think in the documents it says Nov 28, but theres a lot of legal terms).
>
> I have about $1700 locked up in my paypal account and not sure too its even worth hiring an attorney. If I pay the settlement, I'm scared they will come after me again for another random item.
>
> Really need some ideas. Thanks guys.
