Check out The New Yiddish Kitchen. It's a whole cookbook worth of Gluten Free / Paleo traditional Jewish recipes. It has been SUPREMELY helpful for me since my diagnosis. I also happen to have a dairy allergy, but I think the book has a ton of value simply as a GF too. As someone who grew up eating Matzah based fare year round, one of my main concerns was losing such a staple comfort food (Seriously, there was ALWAYS 2-5 boxes of Matzah in my house) and all my favorite holiday fare. I have found this book to be more than worth the cost.
