The biggest mistake I made for years was focusing on being productive rather than being effective.
If you are increasing productivity (cramming every bit of your day with tasks and getting those tasks done in the best manner) that is good. But if you aren't focused on the right things then it doesn't matter how well you do them and how many of them you do.
You say you are working 60 hours a week. To me that is a big red flag that you are focusing too much on productivity and not on being effective. I know because that used to be me. I was proud I was working so much. Little did I know I was spinning my wheels like crazy.
The book The One Thing talks about this some. I guarantee if you are spending 60 hours a week working you aren't being nearly as effective as you could be only working 30 hours a week but spending that time on the correct things that really make an impact. (I speak from personal experience, but my experience might not be your experience)
But, since you asked for productivity tips, I'll give you the ones that help me the most the past couple years:
(Disclaimer: I made some pretty big assumptions about you and your situation that may not be correct. If anything my post says more about me and the journey I have been on than about you. But hopefully you take my advice the way it was intended, as nothing but helpful ramblings from someone who has been in a similar spot in life)
Nice!
"The One Thing" is a cool book that expands on how doing less increases effectiveness.

Learn what a habit is, how they form and how to create new habits
This book is also good on how to stay focused on the 'one thing' it is that you want to do.
At the end of the day, it comes down to working on whatever it is you're interested in EVERY SINGLE DAY. Even 15 minutes is better than 0. I have new ideas that I come up with all the time, will work on them for a bit then nothing. But if it's an idea that I'm really excited about I will just keep trying to work on it at least once a day. This will most likely mean sacrificing 'fun' and time with friends/family so there has to be a 'WHY' for whatever it is that you're working on.
I've had a lot of ideas that were exciting at first but at the end of the day the WHY wasn't that powerful so they would fall through but this current project I'm working on has the potential to make me insane amounts of money which is a huge 'WHY' and is why I have been not hanging out with anybody and just working on the project every single day. Some days I don't feel like it but I just get started and then the ideas/motivation will usually flow from there. Also, listening to motivational videos when you're feeling lazy or even working on it will help too.
Working while playing videos like thiswill usually light a fire and give me tons of energy to keep making progress. I can recite almost all motivation videos/speeches on youtube at this point haha
LOL to the handwriting, this is all so true.
I just started reading a book (because it was free with Amazon Prime) called The One Thing. I've been in counseling for a while and have really been working to understand myself, including my inability to follow through with stuff.
The premise of this book (and I just started it) is to focus on, and do ONE thing at a time. I had been putting off making a dr's appointment that I didn't want to do. I don't know why, I knew the copay would have be paid and didn't want to think about money - so I just avoided it. But I got to work yesterday and said, the ONE thing I need to do is call the doctor.
This might not be in connection to this AT ALL but I watched a video on procrastination that really changed my approach to doing stuff. I had it playing in the background at work one day. It was really inspiring in helping me grasp why I do (or don't) get stuff done. Might have nothing to do with this same conversation - but it made sense in my head so I wanted to share (ᵔᴥᵔ)

Here is one more book https://www.amazon.com/ONE-Thing-Surprisingly-Extraordinary-Results-ebook/dp/B00C1BHQXK/ref=sr_1_2?crid=V21RZIY9IR99&keywords=the+one+thing+gary+keller&qid=1563729278&s=gateway&sprefix=the+one+thin%2Caps%2C200&sr=8-2 I have finished a few weeks ago, it explains how we have the Power of Will and how that will change during the day. For me, I have the most Power of Will in the morning and I become less focus and less willing to work in the afternoon.
