Hey man, so I am/was literally in the same boat as you. Bought a G19 a couple weeks ago. Have put about 250 rounds through it. The first few magazines I shot low and left CONSISTENTLY and I still do unless I pay complete and utter attention to what I'm doing with my grip. What helped me was this book: The Perfect Pistol Shot. Before reading I was all over the place- after reading it, I'm doing SO much better. I feel like I actually understand what's going on when I miss now. Its $9 on kindle and I HIGHLY recommend it.
