The Queer Bible Commentary is a great academic resource. You can purchase it online at Amazons or at the Book Depository, as well as maybe many other online book stores. The contributors are from a wide variety of traditions yet the OT stuff is much better than the NT stuff. My friend who contributed a few chapters also has a blogspace in which he writes on sexuality, politics and religious studies.
