My Favorite Book! Wow I love so many types of books it's hard to pick just one.

Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card is amazing, I've read it [and the sequels] so many times.

The Foundation series by Isaac Asimov, or really anything by Asimov--I think I've read everything [fiction] that he's written.

Any of the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich-they're hilarious mysteries with terrific characters.

Dick Francis [and now his son Felix] writes amazing mysteries with 99.9% of them based in the British horse-racing industry. I knew nothing about horses when I started reading his books but now I know more and would actually enjoy going to races...as long as none of his villains are nearby lol His biography is my #1 wish right now, the price fluctuates around $20, so if it's over $20, just do any of the Alvin Maker books [which I also recommend].

The alphabet series by Sue Grafton-again amazing mysteries and Kinsey Millhone is one of my favorite characters ever.

The Jack Reacher books by Lee Child-very hard-boiled type and graphic sometimes, not what you'd expect a woman to read [lol] but I can't wait for the next one to come out.

The Gabriel Allon books by Daniel Silva-I'm currently re-reading the series in anticipation of the new release The English Girl in July [yay!]

Clive Cussler also has several character series that are good, my favorites are Isaac Bell and Sam and Remi Fargo.

As you can see I tend to prefer series books. If you like classics and mysteries, try Dashiell Hammett. He has short stories and full length novels.
