I use the same bluebird oil. It is very helpful with my anger and anxiety. I highly doubt it was the cause of your canker sore. It must be a coincidence. Use a good mouth wash and it should clear up in three days.

I had a really bad one before I started using the oil about a month ago. Cleared up in three days with the above rinse.
I agree that Nuleaf is very pricey. Haven't had any bad experience whatsoever so far with Blue Bird to warrant the price of Nuleaf.
I highly recommend TheraBreath. It works wonders! Also a tongue scraper helps.
