Don't beat yourself up. It's tough to be a mom!

I also suffered from pretty bad memory loss (if that's what you'd call it - I couldn't ever keep track of my things or things I needed to do!). To help with that, I actually kept a To-Do List in my purse and also set alarms on my phone so that if I needed to call the dentist's office to set an appointment before they closed at 3pm, I'd be reminded and couldn't really forget!

For things that I was losing - I bought a Tile from Amazon. They're amazing. I haven't lost my phone or keys since!

And this is easier said than done, but I forced myself to slow down. I do pretty much everything in my household (laundry, cooking, cleaning, meal prep, grocery shopping, you name it) so I had to just take my time and if something didn't get done, oh well. Too bad.

If you're fine with co-sleeping, keep doing it. If you have no issues with it and it works for you and your family, I don't see why you should stop. I personally didn't get very good sleep when I did it, so I transitioned my son to his crib at 3 months old. It wasn't incredibly easy but with trial and error it eventually worked out, and I'm very glad it did.

Anyways, I hope some of this helps. I promise, things will get easier! Good luck!
