Try Topocaine 5 for the day of laser just prior to treatment, and something like Cetaphil for Eczema for aftercare. I’m not bad with this routine, and my laser technician is consistently shocked by how high I can tolerate — and I don’t really have any redness or sore/itch after about 3 hours post treatment.

If you use Lidocaine then it will hurt a lot less. Here. I put it on about an hour before, and then put a piece of saran wrap over it. I am able to go two hours with this, but the last 30 minutes tend to not be fun.

Afterwards I use hydrocortisone to clean it. The second and third days I use bacitracin to help it heal.

I believe thermolsysis is AC right? (alternating current) Then if so that is one the actually tends to scar less, or so I was told. DC, or Galvanic is the one I think scars the most, or again so I was told. I believe it causes lime to occur under the skin? I'm not entirely sure.
