Second of all, 7700 and a 212 Evo? You might as well skip the damn cooler and use the included stock cooler since you can't even overclock the 7700 unless you ponied up and get the 7700K (which I recommend doing as that chip on a 5 GHz OC is the best CPU for gaming at the moment).
In regards to your motherboard, it's a Z170 board which is made for Skylake CPUs which is a god damn waste because not only can you not BCLK OC anymore IIRC, flashing the BIOS for your Kabylake CPU is just a damn hassle. Really I'd just get the H270/B250 if you're going to be using the 7700.
Nothing wrong with the RAM sticks though 3000 MHz gives you a 10% FPS boost according to some benchmarks.
SSD, the OS will definitely fit, hell, it'll work even with a 120 Gig SSD.
HDD, I wouldn't get the WD Black even though WD's reliable. Case and Case Fans: Seems alright though there's already 2 included fans (1 front, 1 top) so I wouldn't bother buying another fan.
GPU: Nothing wrong with it though I'd suggest a 1070 for the 7700 because the 10060 6 Gig is a piece of cake for the 7700 to run; you'd want to have a balanced build generally for gaming.
PSU, personally, I'd get an EVGA SuperNOVA G2/G3 650W PSU as EVGA's support is world class plus it's made to work for a decade.
Thermal paste is generally not needed since aftermarket coolers typically come with them though they are useful if you mess up (which, is rare given that it's not rocket science to install a HSF in the first place).
Your Wireless Card's fine.
Now, since you're coding, I'd recommend the Ryzen 7s as they perform similarly to the i7 (though the i7s edges out) in single core performance while they wipe the floor with the i7s in multi-core performance which benefits you as coding uses alot of cores.
However, for optimal performance, you'd need fast, CL14 (CAS Latency 14) RAM which uses Samsung B dies.
However, since Amazon doesn't have them apart from the Corsair ones (which the 3600 MHz ones use Samsung B dies) and Corsair Dominator (overpriced), here's one which would suffice.

Comes out to 600€ currently. The motherboard is high-end, if you take one that costs less you might be able to fit the SSD. The speed improvement from an SSD is incredible.
