Yes you can. The remote communicates through Bluetooth, so the box doesn't need to be in line of sight. You can use this mounting bracket, it seems to have solid reviews.

is the way to go, i use totalmounts on all 3 of my firetv/tv's.....
What about a Fire TV that you put on the back of the TV with a mount? Then use the Plex app on the Fire TV.

Depending where your Ethernet line comes in you could have everything hidden behind the TV.
