I use these. Bluetooth, good sound quality and only $20

These are really good without being pricey like the Bluebuds or beats. I only charge it once per week and I go to the gym 5 times a week for an hour each

u/minimalisteph · 10 pointsr/xxfitness

Dude, don't overthink it. I'm pretty satisfied with this single wireless bluetooth earbud that was $12, and before that I was using these $20 bluetooth headphones that were also nice. A note about the headphones, I still have and use them often but they REALLY block out all sound which has led me to the single bud option, I like being able to hear around me.

u/wilsonw · 8 pointsr/Fitness

I have a pair of these and really enjoy them.

u/minnesnowta · 5 pointsr/Nexus6P

Just did this yesterday evening! Coming from a OnePlus One, I had to figure out how to run with a large phone last year.

I use these bluetooth headphones and use a flipbelt to hold my phone, wallet and keys (if I drive somewhere to run, otherwise just my phone).

I bought the flipbelt at REI, so there are options to get it locally if you'd like to see it in person.

u/bakemeaway · 4 pointsr/Fitness

I recently purchased a pair of SoundPeats QY7's off of Amazon for about $20. Wireless, great sound, easy to use, and stay in my ears. Definitely a great deal!

u/friardon · 4 pointsr/running

Anker makes a cheap pair (sorry, only have US dollars to compare to) as does Sound Peats (the pair I have).
The Sound OK, but I am going to get a pair of Anker buds soon because I want to get rid of the inner ear part (they have a pair that does not go into the ear) do to some ear / health problems I have.

u/meimaj · 4 pointsr/xxfitness

I have these wireless earbuds:

http://www.amazon.com/SoundPEATS-QY7-Bluetooth-Lightweight-Headphone/dp/B00LP6CFEC/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1457501623&sr=8-3&keywords=wireless+bluetooth+headphones+soundpeats

I go running with them and they don't fall out. There is a small wire that goes behind your neck but that's it. You can control volume/skip tracks on it + it has a microphone.

Oh, and they're $20!

u/jodobrowo · 4 pointsr/bodybuilding

I use these.

Never had an issue with them, they're built well, don't feel cheap and they sound great.

They come with the ear fins and fit really well. Took a few tries to get it to fit perfect but I can run, jump, lift, etc with zero issues.

Amazon has really nice bluetooth 4.0 earbuds for $20 with a great battery life. This will solve all your problems (not an ad) https://www.amazon.com/SoundPEATS-Bluetooth-Headphones-Earphones-Sweatproof/dp/B00LP6CFEC/ref=sr_1_13?ie=UTF8&qid=1473332476&sr=8-13&keywords=bluetooth+earbuds

I only heard good things about jaybird, so if you have the money for it, why not. I couldn't justify spending that much money on them, so I bought Soundpeats QY7. I'm satisfied with them, good sound, never falls out.

Sound is great. Good battery life. My only complaint, and this is probably operator error, is I can't figure out how the ear hooks are supposed to work to keep them in my ears.

I got these for the gym. they're awesome. at only $30 I'm thinking of getting another pair for the office.

Great pair of headphones, probably the best 20$ I ever spent on gym equipment!

The biggest thing for keeping them in my ear is the ear bud size. I use the smallest size or a triple Phlange set of ear buds (when I'm doing game speed drills and plan on getting very sweaty) and they stick in with zero issue.

u/labellevache · 2 pointsr/xxfitness

I like these wireless earphones https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00LP6CFEC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_Xy9DAb0TGJ1WQ

They're cheap, good sound, and decent color options. There's a bit of a learning curve getting them on right , but once you do, they don't come out.

u/slowtreme · 2 pointsr/PUBGMobile

I use these $20 BT headphones. they work just fine.

u/furryballsack · 2 pointsr/Fitness

I wear these bad boys. They were $20 when I got them 2 months ago but now they're an even better deal at $14. I love them for the price. Since they stick into your ear they are pretty good at blocking out the sound around you and that makes the sound quality fairly nice. Even the call function works decently. They might not be perfect for running tho; you can hear it whenever the cord hits anything, and while they have a clip for the cord for that reason, I can't vouch for it completely fixing the problem.

Since I didn't feel comfortable shelling out a bunch of money for headphones I'm just gonna sweat all over, I figured the cheapest buds with the best reviews would be the more frugal choice. They blast podcasts into my ears as I lift and I am pleased.

edit: forgot to mention they are bluetooth because cords suck and bluetooth is simply where it's at.

u/CareerRejection · 1 pointr/Fitness

Not that I'm doubting that they may be good headphones.. But their price is a bit exaggerated. I hate that Amazon does this as it really gives no indication whatsoever what it really is worth.

u/Breezy00 · 1 pointr/headphones

Hi guys, I am trying to find a pair of wireless earphones for the gym as the stock standard earpods that come with the iPhone have had it (the audio jack is just about to break). I live in Australia so I have came across many cheap ones that looks good for the money but I cannot seem to find them for a decent price, such as http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LP6CFEC?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00
I don't have a lot to spend, so could anyone recommend me cheap ones? I am talking <$100AUD, thanks!

u/AlonsoSaurus · 1 pointr/AppalachianTrail

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LP6CFEC?ie=UTF8&ref_=de_a_smtd&showDetailTechData=1#technical-data found these that weigh just about the same as any earbud. So I don't think they necessarily weigh more.

u/mthrndr · 1 pointr/Fitness

I got these: http://www.amazon.com/Soundpeats-Soundbeats-Lightweight-Headphones-microphone/product-reviews/B00LP6CFEC/ref=cm_cr_dp_synop?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=0&sortBy=bySubmissionDateDescending#R2ZNPJPWYH61TK

They seem to be very similar to the jay birds, but they're only $30! Sound is Bt 4.1 and fantastic. They also claim 8 hr battery life. Not sure as I always end up charging them before that.

u/badleveragetst · 1 pointr/steroids

These aren't the absolute greatest or anything but they worked extremely well for me for the longest time with no real battery life issues. My wife ended up buying me some PowerBeats3 so I don't use these anymore HOWEVER the sound quality isn't drastic enough to validate the price difference had I not been gifted the PB3. I've had them for years without issue and used to use them at work where it is very loud while connected to both my phone for music and the company phone.

Budget: Under $30
Source: Laptop, Nexus 7, Nexus 5 (both bluetooth 4.0 supported Android devices)
Requirements for isolation: Enough to drown out talking and chewing gum
Past headphones: JVC gumy
Preferred type of headphone: Bluetooth, with microphone and sound controls. Something I can study and workout with.
I'm looking at the Soundpeats Qy7 and the Avier XE3.
I really don't know a lot about headphones, so if anyone has any suggestions, that would be great too! Thanks!

u/cyberlich · 1 pointr/Fitness

I've been using these for about 3 weeks now and I love them. I typically stay away from in-ear headphones because I don't like the sound (except for the etymotics that I bought to wear under my motorcycle helmet). These have good quality sound, are crazy cheap, and seem to be built well. They also stay in my ears no problem.

Cheap pair of Bluetooth Earbuds?

A few years ago I did some homework and moved away from Plantronics style headsets for gaming and got into a pair of Beyerdynamics. Like everything I read, it opened my ears to everything I was missing and instantly tuned my ear to what sounded good and bad.

Recently I purchased a cheap set of ear buds from Amazon called SoundPEATS QY 7 I wasn't expecting them to sound as good as they did. But before I buy another pair, do you guys have any other recommendations?

u/lessthanjake · 1 pointr/headphones

Hi /r/headphones,

Looking for recommendations on bluetooth compatible earbuds, ideally not looking to spend more than $30-40 and would prefer if they were on Amazon. Here's the pair I'm eyeing currently: link

Thanks for any help!

u/Project_Raiden · 1 pointr/headphones

How do i put these in? I've never used headphones with ear books so I'm not sure how to put them in. How deep do they need to go? Are the earhooks necessary.

https://www.amazon.com/SoundPEATS-Bluetooth-Headphones-Earphones-Sweatproof/dp/B00LP6CFEC

Also, I currently use Apple earpods on my Pixel XL. If I buy some 3.5mm jack IEMs will they sound better than the earpods/my bluetooth earphones? Sorry if this question seems dumb but I'm clueless when it comes to music/headphones

u/lee98 · 1 pointr/india

I run 5K everyday and this is what I carry.

  1. iPod Shuffle. I attach it to the side pocket of my lower, doesn't even feel like it's there. It's better than Mobile if you listen to your music via wired earphones but charging it everyday is too much hassle for me. Planning to buy these soon.

  2. A hanky.

  3. Mobile in my hand to see my speed/distance.

  4. A pack of Parle-G to feed stray dogs.

That's all. I carry the same stuff to the gym except for the Parle-G ofc.
u/ManletPrideParade · 1 pointr/Fitness

u/DarkBaneling · 1 pointr/headphones

Budget - $250

Source - iphone

Requirements for Isolation - will be almost exclusively for the gym, so needs to be able to drown out gym music, however I have never had a major problem with gym noise bleeding in even with crappy headphones

Will you be using these Headphones in Public? yes

Preferred Type of Headphone - Do you want IEMs, full-sized, or on-ear? in ear

Preferred tonal balance - balanced

Past headphones - wide variety of ~$20 headphones. I currently use these but just want a general upgrade to improve how my music sounds: https://www.amazon.com/SoundPEATS-Bluetooth-Headphones-Earphones-Sweatproof/dp/B00LP6CFEC/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1480443185&sr=8-11&keywords=bluetooth+earbuds
Preferred Music -rock, rap, edm, some really bassy stuff, some not so much

What would you like to improve on from your set-up – I mostly just want a higher quality version of what I have. The music sounds distorted sometimes when I turn it up too loud. Also a few more specific things:

-prefer Bluetooth, but not 100% necessary

-the only big thing I dislike about my current Bluetooth headphones is that the cord is thick and rubbery and sticks to the back of my neck all the time when I’m sweaty. Maybe something with a cloth encased cord is the solution?

-Would like to be able to buy a fairly long term warranty. My biggest concern with blowing a few hundred dollar on gym headphones is that I will almost certainly break or lose them at some point. Are there companies that offer warranty against loss and accidental damage?

Thanks for any suggestions and please let me know if any more information would be useful.

I've got these, they're excellent wireless headphones for the price. The audio is quality is decent, good mids and lows, but a solid bass response. For $30 you could get these and not have to worry about them breaking

My headphones are https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00LP6CFEC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_Q-ZlzbKDRGZ1S with BT 4.1. So its not that's an old protocol.

Budget - $30-200

Source - PC/Galaxy S4

Isolation - Prefer them to be sound proof, but if not its fine.

Preferred Type of Headphone - In ear, Wireless.

Preferred Tonal Balance - N/A

Past Headphones - Bose IE2 (Loved the way they felt)

Also, as a side note. These (Amazon Link) are the only thing i can find. I have problems with my ear drums and these types of earpieces absolutely kill my ears. Unfortunately these are the only thing I have been able to find. Any help is appreciated!

u/m1n4 · 1 pointr/Fitness

I picked up these about three weeks ago. Cheap, but decent quality and they stay in while I'm lifting.

u/gtaylor85 · 1 pointr/running

I'll agree about the 'no way to safely hang it around my neck.' I bought these soundPEATS before my X2's. They had a little clip that swiveled. I liked having that. These are pretty big too, so you probably wouldn't like them. They served me well though. $20 and gave me no problems. The X2's went on a deal at amazon and I picked them up for about $80.

I've used the Xiaomi Pistons 3, SoundPeats QY7 and Jaybird X2's that I stole from my friend for a few weeks with my 6P. Without sound mods like Viper and such, the Pistons kinda sound lackluster. With or without sound mods, the X2s and the SoundPeats are actually pretty decent.

What exactly is ripping the earbuds from your ears? I tuck the cord for my earbuds inside my helmet strap and down my shirt (depending on where my phone is) and don't have any issues with them getting ripped out. I haven't found the perfect pair that doesn't fall out after being vibrated for a while though. I've also been thinking about giving something like these a try.

u/Josuah · 0 pointsr/headphones

How about Kinivo BTH240 or SoundPEATS?

Get rid of the cords. Something cheap so breakage/loss isn't as much of an issue.

Storage sounds like an issue if you need to assign headphones to specific students, but an issue that really depends on how you use the headphones and not something I'm sure how to address. If everyone sits at the same desk, why not just keep them at the desk?
