I haven’t needed meds in a long time, like years. I saw a bunch of neurologists and tried a bunch of meds, a lot of them gave me rebound headaches. But almost all pharmaceuticals are bound with fluoride, which bonds to magnesium in your body and increases your deficiency. In the end I was told, “oh it’s just hormonal, take pain relief meds and stay in the dark if you can.”

They did their best, but no one understood the real reason for the headaches, hence they had no ability to fix the actual problem, which was nutritional.

I buy mag chloride and electrolytes on Amazon usually. They seem to have the best prices. As long as I keep my insulin stable and take my electrolytes, I have no headaches at all, and if I feel one coming on during PMS or during high stress, I just take extra, nbd. Mag chloride completely stops my migraines in about 20 minutes, like a miracle.

I’ll link a couple things on Amazon, although there are lots of electrolyte supps to choose from, something else may be better suited to you. Good luck on your journey, I am happy to answer questions!

All good advice so far.

My 2cents:
Try a liquid ionic Magnesium supplement. 2 1ml doses made a huge difference on my sleep this.

Also, you probably need 9 hours of sleep. Many people sleep in 1.5 hour cycles, so you should aim to get 7.5 or 9 hours of sleep. I find that I feel better with 7.5 hours of sleep than 8, but best at 9 hours of sleep. I'd recommend you get 9+ hours of sleep continually on a regular basis until you find when your body naturally wakes up. This is then how many hours of sleep you need.
