Red Raspberry Leaf Tea might help. It's got some vitamins and minerals that have been shown to help reduce PMS symptoms.

Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium and most importantly, Manganese.

Some more info here.

I've heard really good things about fenugreek, but don't know if you'd get too much of a boost from that. I have felt a boost with raspberry leaf tea but it can also dehydrate you a bit, so it can be a trade off.

Also, especially with number one, I could not pump much of anything without looking at pictures of her, listening to recordings of her garble noises, and/or very actively trying to imagine the feeling of her nursing. I just wouldn't get any milk. So, maybe try that sort of thing if you haven't?

If I were in your position, I would not supplement with formula. I would consider cutting my milk with cow's milk to make it last the last month until she can have straight up cow's milk. But when doing that one would need to be incredibly vigilant about her reaction, if there were any. Is she gassy/more fussy? Is she having trouble digesting it/yucky poop? Is she spitting up more? Etc.

Sorry that your time nursing is finishing up sooner then you'd like. Good luck.

I couldn't stomach taking another pill, I take like 11 pills every night. All supplements and by choice but I'm good on adding anymore lol. That's why I picked drinking the tea. I forgot to link you to the tea before, this is what I bought. Tea!

Yeah I think some fish have more mercury than others but I rather not chance it at all. Idk if it has to do where they swim, low or high, I guess if mercury sits low that makes sense.

Yes, it comes in teabags like this. I use two bags and it lasts a while.

This is the RRL tea I have been drinking. http://www.amazon.com/Traditional-Medicinals-Organic-Raspberry-16-Count/dp/B0009F3PP8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1394634053&sr=8-1&keywords=red+raspberry+leaf+tea

I had 1 cup/day in the first trimester, 2 cups/day in the second, and now that I'm in my third I have 3 cups/day. Once I hit week 38 I'm going to drink as much as I can. FYI it doesn't taste amazing. I drink it with Lipton tea (I just put both bags in at the same time) or sweeten it with POM.

Good luck!
