Traditional Medicinals is a good brand. I find the taste to be pretty mild and it's nice with honey. I also sometimes steep another tea with it, so I might add a green tea bag for the last 1-2 minutes of the spearmint tea's steeping time or a rooibos or honeybush tea bag for 5 minutes or so.
