I can't really recommend any training books specifically catered to Border Collies outside of training for working sheepdogs (I can recommend a lot of those!)... I have a lot of general breed books but I don't really find the need for anything specific for general training. I will say my favorite puppy book is My Smart Puppy, which I frequently recommend and lend out. There's a DVD included with it that I found helpful as well.

I also really enjoyed Training Your Superpuppy and How to Train Your Superdog, and 101 Dog Tricks. Also want to second anything by Patricia McConnell.

Lastly it's not a training book but a good Border Collie book- I usually recommend The Dog Wars, it's about the politics within the breed.
