The Traktor Bible. Not sure if there's a PDF version around anywhere, but I know a lot of people use this. Some things you just can't learn by messing around in the program for fear of messing up settings and not being able to revert them.
Yes, and chances are that the tracks in question were originally produced at an even BPM. Verry few producers will ever set their DAW to 125.023. It really just dosent happen. The exceptions to this rule are when you are recording a track live, or the song is an old live cut.
