Figured it out today. I bought an SD card that was specifically on their list (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00APCMME0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_9o4gDb6MJDN74). You also have to make sure that all the HDMI ports are hooked up and a signal is going through the system as normal. So far so good.
