I went with the MIME Ghost Glass tempered screen protector and a TUDIA Ultra Slim LITE TPU. The Ringke Fusion had too much gap above/below the screen protector which showed the metallic trim around the display. All three TUDIA cases fit roughly the same, but I prefer the plain black one. It was pretty much a perfect fit for what I wanted.

It is a TUDIA Ultra Slim silicone case. Got it off of Amazon on a whim, I like it better than the OnePlus cases.

Any recommendations?
I am waiting for the Tudia case. I have always liked the build of the Diztronics for the matte finish, but the Tudia's have always been slimmer in my experiences. I have a diztronic on my Moto X right now, but the Tudia on my old Note 3 felt considerably smaller than any other case I was using, so I have good experiences with them. Diztronics is always a good choice either way.

Edit:
I ordered an aluminum bumper for now off of ebay. I am undecided between a clear or black Tudia. I use a magnetic phone holder in my car which requires a steel plate in between the phone and the case. If it fits in between the battery and the back plate without putting pressure on components, I will probably go for clear because the phone looks so great, but if I need to put the back plate into the phone in between the case and the phone, I am going to go for the black one.
I get the phone Monday, I am pumped!

I agree with your paranoia! I don't know about the Diztronic cases. I ordered the Tudia black case, which is an excellent choice. Totally satisfied with the Tudia case (here). As an Amazon Prime member, I got it 1 day after I placed my order. You may want to consider the Tudia case as quick backup insurance - It may also become your "daily choice".
