I use one of these as an armband - for the price it works just fine for me. Holds my phone with plenty of space leftover for a credit card (or my starbucks card!) if I'm out running TO someplace. For headphones I just use some cheap "fit yoru ears" pair (I have tiny ears and "standard" size ear buds fall out all the time, so I get the ones that have "small" rubber doodads for the in-the-ear part).
