I have an IPod Video.. no arm case ( I mean this) for that motherfucker. So I put it in my sportsbra. After about 15 min of running, that sucker is a hot piece of metal pressing up against my boobs and that's awful. But after about 20 mins it's also moist and slowly slides EVERYWHERE. Relaxing run my ass.
