Lots of stuff: https://sonic.fandom.com/wiki/Tyson_Hesse

He started out making his own fan comics, then worked on the comics for both Archie and IDW. He also led the animation teams for the Sonic Mania opening / trailers, Sonic Mania Adventures, and Team Sonic Racing Overdrive.

His original graphic novel, Diesel: Ignition, is pretty great, too.

What characters are you interested in?

What tone are you looking for? lighthearted? series? wholsome?

What genre? sci-fi? fantasy? action? comedy?

Also maybe look at some of the other publishers also, specifically the more indie stuff that tend to lead to more variety (since they have stand-alone series instead of a universe). Of the top of my head coming from manga I'd recommened checking out Diesel by tyler hesse from boom! since its basically an american shonen series (unfortunately cut off too soon)

As for starting with marvel, I'd recommened Marvels which tells the story of a news reporter seeing how the different superheroes start showing up (if you like it there are continuations you can check out). Where to go from there will depend on what characters you gravitate to.

I will already say, if you're thinking of going back to read from the begining of these characters, 60s comics read very differently from current comics and are relatively bad. A lot of the stories themselves are excellent (though the 60s also had a lot of ridiculous plotlines) but the writing style of the 60s has a lot of pointless narration that bogs down the story. Couple that slang and dialog that haven't aged well and some views/opinions that are deemed racist/mysoginist by today's standards (can't think of any but I assume this exist with any old media). All that is to say, you can't read everything, you just pick up the stories you're interested in.
